New Attraction Challenges Visitors to Escape
Escape Countdown Tampa pits participants against puzzles in a timed challenge to make a break for it.
TAMPA, FL — Tampa Bay area residents with a heart for adventure might want to put Escape Countdown on their list of places to visit.
The new Tampa attraction opened this week, delivering what is founders say is “a fully immersive entertainment game where teams of two or more work together to discover clues, solve puzzles and use critical thinking skills to escape ‘the room’ within 60 minutes.”
Inspired by the escape room concept popularized in Japan and Southeast Asia, the new attraction features two adventures with mad hatter and jail break themes. New themes will be added regularly to keep the experience fresh for repeat players.
