Robinson Takes Care of Dunedin, 34-14

In their first district game Friday, the Knights knocked off the Dunedin Falcons.

In what head coach Mike DePue described as an, "ugly" game, the still took care of the to move to 2-0 on the season and 1-0 in the district.

"It was not the prettiest thing you'd like to see," said DePue.

According to DePue the Knights played "sloppy" and gave away a lot of turnovers. "We will have to play better next week," said DePue.

Nevertheless, the Knights were able to hand the Falcons a decisive defeat. Probably the most exciting part of the game was on an extra point attempt by Kody Thomas. The snap was bad, and there was no chance to place it; so Thomas just scooped it up and drop kicked it over the crossbar for the extra point.

"Our defense was good in spots, but we've got to be more consistent," said DePue.
