SoHo Backyard Shooting Victim Dies
Police say the man died from his injuries late Monday night.

The 37-year-old man shot during an argument at the SoHo Backyard on Sunday has died from his injuries.
According to the Tampa Police Department, Timothy Martin died late Monday evening.
The incident that resulted in Martin’s death began to unfold early Sunday morning when Martin went to the 610 Armenia Ave. establishment. Police say Martin and restaurant employee Jeffrey Glenn, 33, got into a fight.

Glenn, police wrote in an email to media, removed himself from the situation and armed himself with a gun. Martin, police said, charged at Glenn, who fired his weapon, seriously injuring Martin.
Following the shooting, Glenn called 911 to get medical help for Martin, the email said.

The case remains under investigation. No charges have been filed as of yet.
