Since 2001, has been dishing out Lebanese food inspired by the cooking of the owner's, Roger and Ziad Esteban, mother. The sibling duo have also brought an unusual form of entertainment for a restaurant to South Tampa with belly dancers on Fridays and Saturdays.
The menu at Byblo's includes a variety of hummus and eggplant dishes as well as traditional Lebanese meats and Mediterranean inspired chicken and seafood dishes.

After eleven years, it's safe to say that Byblo's Cafe has developed a reliable group of regular customers at their South MacDill location.
