Five cars were also impounded by St. Petersburg Police.

Thirteen people have found themselves behind bars following a prostitution crackdown in St. Petersburg.

His original conviction, the department wrote in an email to media, was kidnapping. Police said that conviction for Malachi Eastridge was “one of many.”
In addition to making arrests, police also impounded five vehicles under city law. Owners will have to pay a $500 civil penalty to get their vehicles back.
