In this St. Pete neighborhood, pickleball noise is putting neighbors at odds (tampabay.com) — A St. Petersburg racquet club can keep four pickleball courts that were added without prior city approval, but must undergo professional sound testing and follow all recommended noise controls. Neighbors in the surrounding streets, including Winston Park and 45th Avenue Northeast, described sharply different experiences of the constant "pop," and the city's Development Review Commission is relying on experts instead of imposing a fixed 10‑foot barrier.
