ST. PETE BEACH, FL — Tennis champion Mike Bryan, a former world No. 1 doubles tennis player, has put his St. Pete Beach home on the market for just shy of $2.6 million, according to a Coldwell Banker Realty news release.
His waterfront property at 151 Punta Vista Drive offers “a rare blend of architectural significance, lifestyle design, and waterfront resilience,” the real estate company said.
The three-bedroom, two full and one partial bathroom estate is listed by Johane Bucaille, broker associate and team leader of LA BELLE VIE Signature Group with Coldwell Banker Realty.
The home, designed in 1991 by architect Eric Lindstrom, has a form that’s often compared to a sailboat, according to its listing. It has a split-roof design anchored by a central structural element that lets in natural light and offers expansive water views.
It also boasts a dedicated red light therapy/wellness room, multiple balconies and terraces, a custom children’s loft, a private sandy beach, a deep-water dock, and a nine-person hot tub.
Bryan, a three-time Olympic medalist, was one-half of the legendary Bryan Brothers doubles team with his identical twin, Bob Bryan. He was inducted into the International Tennis Hall of Fame last year.
During his career, he held the world No. 1 ranking in men’s doubles for a record number of weeks and finished as the year-end No. 1 multiple times, the company said.
He and his brother won numerous titles, including 18 Grand Slam men’s doubles championships and four mixed doubles Grand Slam titles.
“This is a rare opportunity to own a waterfront residence that combines architectural individuality, thoughtful modern updates, and a lifestyle shaped by excellence,” Bucaille said.
