Architect Thomas Goodwill hired by Wannemacher Jensen as firm enhances development capabilities

St. Petersburg, Fla. (December 4, 2015) -- Wannemacher Jensen Architects is growing again, this time with the recent hire of architect and real estate development specialist Thomas M. Goodwill.

Goodwill joins Wannemacher Jensen from San Diego, where since 2010 he served as a principal architect with Astasis Architecture.

Referred to as a Florida homecoming, Goodwill earned his Bachelors degree at the University of Florida, where he first met WJ principal Jason Jensen. The two became friends during their first semester and both graduated with high honors.

Goodwill later received a Masters in Architecture from Columbia University, where he earned a competitive one-year internship with the dean and world-renowned architect, Bernard Tschumi.

Goodwill earned a second Masters Degree in Real Estate Development in San Diego where he went on to complete several architect-led developments. He brings this specialization in the architect-developer role to help drive Wannemacher Jensen development work.
