Armed Robber Caught on Video

St. Petersburg Police say the surveillance also has audio and they're hoping someone will recognize the armed robbery suspect's voice.

St. Petersburg, FL – The St. Petersburg Police Department is looking for some help identifying a man accused of robbing Teresa’s Food Mart at gunpoint on Monday.

According to the agency, the masked gunman walked into the 2601 30th Ave. N. store around 2:30 p.m. and pointed a gun at two store workers. Police say the man made threatening statements and then took off with money from the cash register.

While no one was injured in the robbery, police would still very much like to catch up with the suspect. The robbery was caught on store surveillance video. Police say the man’s voice can be heard on the video. They’re hoping someone will recognize his voice.
