Arrest Made In Fatal Crash That Killed Sister
A St. Petersburg man has been charged in a hit-and-run crash involving two sisters. One of those sisters died following the April incident.

St. Petersburg, FL — A 24-year-old St. Petersburg man faces manslaughter and leaving the scene of a crash involving death charges following an April wreck on Martin Luther King Street South.
According to the St. Petersburg Police Department, Anthony Ruben Rivera turned himself in at his attorney’s office Friday morning.
Rivera is allegedly the driver who was involved in an April 19 altercation with Tina Morrow at the Obama Express store. Police say that dispute led to a pursuit in which Rivera chased Morrow’s vehicle.

Morrow crashed into a telephone pole around 3:20 a.m. and suffered injuries. Her sister, April Morrow, was a passenger. April Morrow suffered critical injuries and died following the crash at a local hospital.
Rivera, police said, fled the scene after Tina Morrow’s car crashed.
