FLORIDA — A St. Pete church partners with a Lakeland drag artist, three people were rescued after a fishing boat sank near Dry Tortugas, a baby girl was delivered by a deputy on the side of the road in Hillsborough County, and four tiny bobcats were rescued after being scooped up by excavator that bulldozed their den.
