"Book Nook By the Bay" Storytime and Craft

Celebrate sharks this month with a reading of the book I’m A Shark! by Bob Shea. Here's a description:

"Shark isn’t scared of anything. The dark? No way! What about a bigmean bear? Don’t make him laugh! There is one thing that shark is afraid of. Can you guess what it is?" 

Children also will learn about the Great White Shark and get to participate in several hands-on activities including looking at a shark's skin under a microscope and a craft, "Shark Skin Rubbings."
