This annual holiday festival returns with plenty of food and drink -- including the Chili Challenge -- children's activities, the Illuminated Boat Parade (starting at 6pm), and live music throughout the day featuring rock, ska, reggae, country and blues.
Proceeds benefit St. Pete Rotary Club charities.
