Easter Sunday at The Pier: Sunrise Service, Brunch and Music

Florida Resurrection House, Inc., local churches, the Salvation Army, and The Pier welcome the community to an ecumenical worship service at 6:45am, with music by the Salvation Army Band and the Unity Gospel Ensemble.

Doug McMahon will deliver a sermon titled “Civil Twilight," organizers say. Free parking at the Pier's parking lots; trolleys will be available.

Any offerings during the service benefit Florida Resurrection House, Inc., an ecumenical ministry and nonprofit corporation dedicated to helping homeless or working poor families with minor children become self-sufficient.

After the service, enjoy the Pier's restaurants and shops. Fresco's Waterfront Bistro and Jonny Reno's both will have Easter brunch with the Easter Bunny.

This afternoon, enjoy jazz on the flute from Jose Valentino Ruiz in the courtyard.
