Funk Fest Concert: El Debarge, Whodini, Morris Day and The Time, and Charlie Wilson

Vinoy Park gets funky Friday and today with this outdoor concert festival.

Today, gates open at 3pm, and the performances start at 5pm with El Debarge, followed by Whodini, then Morris Day and The Time, and lastly Charlie Wilson. (Schedule subject to change.)

Gates close at 11pm.
