The museum hosts a roundtable discussion about these historic attacks a decade ago with Director Kent Lydecker and Dr. Gary Mormino, the Frank E. Duckwall Professor of History and Director of the Florida Studies Program at the University of South Florida, St. Petersburg.
At the time of the attacks, Lydecker was the associate director for education at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City and planned programs to help the city heal.
