Free mobile tech classes to be held for adults 50+ in St. Pete
Residents 50+ will participate in free AARP workshops presented with AT&T's support on Dec. 11 and 12 in St. Petersburg.

Tampa Bay area residents 50+ will participate in free AARP TEK workshops presented with AT&T’s support on Dec. 11 and 12 in St. Petersburg. The “hands on” workshops are designed to enable people to use personal technology to enrich their lives and to educate them on maximizing the use of their tablets.
AARP and AT&T are both passionate about closing the technology gap among people 50-plus. The goal of the workshop is to educate people who want to use technology to stay connected and access the things that are important to them.
Participants will be provided with tablets to use during the training.
The workshops will be held from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. and 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. on Dec. 11 and 12.

The sessions will be held at the Hilton St. Petersburg Carillon Park, 950 Lake Carillon Drive, St. Petersburg, FL 33716.
