Halfacre Construction Company begins renovation of apartment buildings
Halfacre Construction Company began a complete renovation of Boca Ciega Apartments in St. Petersburg, Fla. this week.

Halfacre Construction Company (HalfacreConstruction.com), the area’s oldest, most established, locally owned and operated private commercial construction company, began a complete renovation of Boca Ciega Apartments in St. Petersburg, Fla. this week.
The owner of the apartments, Boca Ciega Partners TC, LP, contracted the commercial construction company for the $4-million yearlong renovation project. Halfacre Construction Company will update site amenities, the exterior of the buildings, including new siding, roofing, windows, doors and paint, as well as the interior renovation of each apartment.
Built in 1974, the 6.29 acres includes 20 buildings with about 102,000 square feet. The locations at 3401 and 3797 37th St. S. are an affordable apartment community located in Pinellas County that was developed and operates with Federal housing financing. Containing 109 apartment units, the property has a total of 276 two- and three-bedroom apartments.
