Harborage Marina Drowning Victim Identified
The 43-year-old man's body was found in the water Wednesday. The discovery was made by a neighbor.

ST. PETERSBURG, FL — The St. Petersburg Police Department has released the identity of a man whose body was found floating in the water at Harborage Marina Wednesday.
According to the agency, Rudolph Charles Patten, 43, was found floating, face down just after 10 a.m. A neighbor found him in the water at the 1110 Third St. S. marina near the dock.

Patten lived on a boat that was kept at the marina, the agency wrote in an email to media. No foul play is suspected in his death.
