The following information is required to have a vote-by-mail ballot mailed to you:

  • Voter’s address
  • Voter’s day of birth
  • Requester’s name, address, driver’s license number and relationship to voter

Marked vote-by-mail ballots must be received at the Supervisor of Elections office no later than 7 p.m. on Nov. 8, Election Day. Other return options are available for Military and Overseas Voters.

Ballots cannot be returned to a polling place on Election Day, the office said.

Instructions for completing the vote-by-mail ballot are included with the ballot.

If you decide to vote at the polls instead, you should bring your vote-by-mail ballot (whether or not it has been marked). Even if you don’t bring it, you will be able to vote using a regular ballot if the Supervisor of Elections office can confirm that it hasn’t received your vote-by-mail ballot.

If it’s confirmed that you’ve already voted, though, you can’t vote again at the polls. If you believe/insist that the office is wrong about receiving your vote-by-mail ballot, they’ll allow you to fill out a provisional ballot.

Vote-by-mail ballots can be returned by mail or in person at a secure ballot intake station at any of the county’s early voting locations.

Early voting is available daily through Nov. 6, 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., at the following locations:

  • Supervisor of Elections Office - Election Service Center - 13001 Starkey Road, Starkey Lakes Corporate Center, Largo.
  • Supervisor of Elections Office - County Building - 501 First Ave. N., St. Petersburg
  • Supervisor of Elections Office - Pinellas County Courthouse - 315 Court St., Room 117, Clearwater (Voter parking spots will be designated in courthouse parking lots)
