Lee Wetherington Homes’ Saviano model opens in Country Club East

Southwest Florida luxury homebuilder Lee Wetherington Homes (LWHomes.com) recently opened its stunning Saviano model in Seacroft inside Country Club East in Lakewood Ranch, Fla.

The Saviano opened in time for the Lakewood Ranch Tour of Homes, which takes place now through October 21. Participants can tour the new, one-story design with 3,015 square feet. The floor plan features three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms and a private outdoor shower.
