Mirror Lake Drowning Victim Identified
The man died Sunday morning after police say he entered the lake and never resurfaced.

ST. PETERSBURG, FL — A 44-year-old man with no known address died Sunday after entering St. Petersburg’s Mirror Lake.
According to the St. Petersburg Police Department, the agency received a call just before 9 a.m. Sunday about a man who was reportedly “acting erratically.” The man, now identified as Eric Lee Hall, went into Mirror Lake, near 7th Street, and never resurfaced.
Police and firefighters responded to the call and found Hall submerged in the water, an email from the police department said.

“Fire rescue paramedics worked for 20 minutes to attempt to revive the man, however he was pronounced dead at the scene,” the email added.
Hall had no known address and his family lives out of state, a Monday morning statement from the police department said.
