Originally from Illinois, Howes brings over 15 years of customer service experience to NCC Property Services. Most recently, she managed the warranty department as the director of customer service for a local custom homebuilder for six years. In her new role, Howes is responsible for managing and growing the full-service concierge property and maintenance company.
