Neal Signature Homes concludes year with 89 home sales

Neal Signature Homes (NealSignatureHomes.com), a semi-custom, luxury homebuilder, ended the year with 89 homes sold in 2015, an increase of more than 100 percent from 2014.

Since the company’s 2014 inception, Neal Signature Homes has expanded rapidly within Sarasota and Manatee Counties and entered the Hillsborough County market. The Lakewood Ranch-based luxury new home builder is currently building in 10 communities with more than 70 homes currently under construction. Additionally, Neal Signature Homes builds for customers on their privately owned homesites and is currently constructing custom homes on Siesta Key and Bird Key, Panther Ridge and in Myakka River Trails.

With an average home sales price of about $650,000, the homebuilder expects to sell more than 100 homes in 2016 and will unveil several new communities and models.
