Neal Signature Homes more than doubles sales from last year

Neal Signature Homes (NealSignatureHomes.com), a Lakewood Ranch-based luxury homebuilder, has sold 78 homes year to date, an increase of more than 100 percent from the 35 homes sold in all of 2014.

Launched in 2014, the Neal Signature Homes brand expanded rapidly this year with five new communities from Hillsborough to Sarasota Counties.

“Our brand fits a unique luxury market niche that is growing quickly in southwest Florida,” said Randy Turkovics, president of Neal Signature Homes. “Our buyers are looking for customized homes with a high level of features that can be personalized for their specific needs. We listened to the market and retooled our designs last year, plus we opened several new communities in great locations, with more on the horizon,” said Turkovics.

With five new models unveiled this year, including Wildgrass in Sarasota, Collingtree in Country Club East at Lakewood Ranch, River Wind in Bradenton, Boca Royale Golf & Country Club in Englewood and MiraBay in Apollo Beach, the company’s average home sales price is about $650,000.

Neal Signature Homes is currently building in 10 communities with more than 70 homes currently under construction. In November, the luxury homebuilder sold 10 homes; six were in Country Club East at Lakewood Ranch.

Additionally, Neal Signature Homes will unveil a new Highlands model in Country Club East at Lakewood Ranch next month. With almost 2,400 square feet, the newly designed floor plan will feature three bedrooms with a den, two bathrooms, a three-car garage, paver driveway and a tile roof.

Neal Signature Homes also builds in the Lakewood Ranch Golf & Country Club, The Inlets, University Park and The Concession in Manatee County and The Forest at Hi Hat Ranch in Sarasota County. Additionally, the homebuilder offers “on-your-lot” building services to buyers in southwest Florida who have already purchased their own homesite.
