Pedestrian Hit, Seriously Injured Crossing St. Peterburg Street

The accident was on 16th Street South near 14th Avenue South.

ST. PETERSBURG, FL – A female pedestrian suffered life-threatening injuries today after being struck by a Ford truck in St. Petersburg, police said.

At 12:14 p.m., the vehicle hit the woman, who was crossing 16th Street South near 14th Avenue South, according to the St. Petersburg Police Department.

The driver stopped and cooperated with the investigation, police said.
