ProMed Waste Solutions Raises New Funds to Support Company's Continued Expansion

Thriving medical waste disposal market fueling Florida company's growth

St. Petersburg, FL-- ProMed Waste Solutions LLC, a comprehensive medical waste disposal company servicing the entire state of Florida, announced today that it has closed a multi-million dollar private equity financing from new investors.

Proceeds from the financing will be used to continue the company’s rapid expansion and acquisition of market share in Florida’s growing medical waste collection, processing and disposal industry.

ProMed Waste Solutions LLC was founded in 2011 with operations in the Orlando area, and steady demand has since expanded their services state-wide. The privately held company is headquartered in St. Petersburg, FL, with additional operation facilities outside Miami and outside Orlando. ProMed provides services to a wide-array of medical waste generators including hospitals, doctors, dentists, veterinarians, research labs, and surgery centers. The company also offers services for the disposal of hazardous waste, pharmaceutical waste, e-waste and solid waste.
