Residents Club opens at Country Club East Lakewood Ranch

J.E. Charlotte Construction Corp. (JECharlotte.com), a Venice-based construction company that provides a full range of services, recently completed the construction of the 5,000-square-foot Residents Club at Country Club East at Lakewood Ranch, which opens tomorrow to residents.

Starwood Land Ventures selected J.E. Charlotte Construction Corp. as the general contractor on the $945,000 Residents Club project. Over the course of eight months of construction, the commercial construction company built the structure from the ground up, including all mechanical, electrical and plumbing inside and underground for the building.

Residents can now enjoy an expansive resort-style pool, sports pub and fitness facility with extensive cardio, weight training and fitness center. A central breezeway connects from the fitness center to an inviting social gathering space and covered outdoor kitchen. The clubhouse’s rustic ranch architectural details include large exposed timber trusses, stone textured columns and metal and tile roofing.
