Road Rage at McDonald's Leads to Father, Son Arrests
They created a ruckus by refusing to exit the line, police say.

A father and son were arrested Friday after St. Petersburg Police say they created a brawl in a McDonald’s drive through line.
The incident began around 3 a.m. at the 300 38th Ave. N. McDonald’s. Police say a 50-year-old man was sitting in the line behind a dark colored BMW occupied by Gregory Fulham, 55, and his son, Kevin, 22.
While the Fulhams had received their food, “they lingered at the drive thru window for no apparent reason, causing the man behind them to honk his car horn,” St. Petersburg Police spokesman Mike Puetz said.

When the man honked, both Fulhams got out of their car and approached the man behind them. Feeling threatened, the man reached for a handgun in his glove compartment, but did not point it at the father and son, Puetz said.
Police say Gregory then went up to the driver’s window of the car and punched the man in the face several times while Kevin reached in through the passenger’s door and took the gun out of his hand.

The father and son then got back into the BMW and left, police said.
Armed with a partial tag number and vehicle description, police were able to catch up to the Fulhams Friday afternoon. Gregory was charged with one count of burglary assault and his son faces a count of armed robbery. The gun was recovered, Puetz said.
