St. Pete Bank Robbery Under Investigation
A MidFlorida Credit Union branch was robbed Friday afternoon, St. Petersburg Police say.

St. Petersburg, FL — The St. Petersburg Police Department is looking for help identifying a man it says robbed a bank Friday afternoon.
According to the agency, a man walked into the MidFlorida Credit Union, 2646 4th St. N., around 2:47 p.m. and handed the teller a threatening note. The man was given an undisclosed amount of money and took off from the bank on foot.
Police say no weapon was seen during the robbery. No injuries were reported.

Anyone who recognizes the man in the photo is asked to call the St. Petersburg Police Department at 727-893-7780 or text “SPPD” and their tip to 847-411.
