Elderly Man Killed By Nephew, Police Say
St. Petersburg Police say the nephew has been charged with second-degree murder following the Wednesday stabbing.

ST. PETERSBURG, FL — St. Petersburg Police are investigating a Wednesday afternoon stabbing the resulted in the death of a 70-year-old man.
According to the agency, a domestic dispute at 6188 Lynn Lake Drive, Apt. A, turned violent. When officers arrived on the scene just before 3:30 p.m. they found Fred Wintons suffering from stab wounds.

Wintons was taken to Bayfront Health for treatment, but died from his injuries.
Wintons' nephew, Willie Wintons, 55, was brought into custody at the scene. Police say he has been charged with second-degree murder in connection with the case.
