Students teach Pinellas seniors about mobile technology
Students led one-on-one training on smartphones and tablets for senior citizens at the Sunshine Senior Center in St. Petersburg.

The high school students provided seniors with one-on-one training in using smartphones and tablets on June 18. The goal of the senior training was to help bridge the growing technology gap between seniors and youth.
The workshop was a collaboration between AT&T, the Sunshine Senior Center and the Poynter Institute.

AT&T donated two Samsung Galaxy tablets to the senior center so seniors can continue learning new skills.
