Tattoo Artistry Comes To Grand Central District
Seth Milman has opened Cthulhu tattoo studio at 2723 Central Ave.in the Grand Central District.
ST. PETERSBURG, FL — In a neighborhood overflowing with fine art, street art and performing arts, the colorful Grand Central District in downtown St. Petersburg seemed like the perfect venue for a studio specializing in body art.
At least that's what Seth Milman thought when he decided to open his first brick-and-mortar tattoo studio, Cthulhu, at 2723 Central Ave.
The Providence, Rhode Island, native has assembled three talented tattoo and body piercing artists with more than 100 years of combined experience at the new studio that offers custom and flash tattoos to customers seven days a week.

Ink addicts can obtain fine arts tattoos by artist Dione Christopher, tattoos and body piercings by Chris Defiant and neo-traditional tattoos by tattoo and grafitti artist Joe T. Izzo.
Milman said he acquired his love of body art from his brother, Ben, an artist and former studio owner in the Cayman Islands. But he admits he didn't inherit his brother's talent.

“I’m a lawyer, not an artist,” said Milman. "But tattoo artistry is becoming a family business. My brother’s been tattooing since he was 16 years old and travels to his clients across the U.S. and Central America, and my cousin just opened a tattoo shop in Colorado.”
Milman's first tattoo, the work of his brother, is also the new studio's name and logo. It's named for the HP Lovecraft’s literary creature, the Cthulhu.
