Officials say to boil tap water for at least one minute before drinking, cooking, or brushing teeth, and they'll alert residents once tests are complete and the notice is lifted.
   

• Pinellas County Weekend DUI Crackdown In Memory Of Clearwater Crash Victim Mark Harris (tampafp.com) — Tarpon Springs drivers will see extra DUI enforcement Saturday night as local police join a countywide "Wolf Pack" crackdown across Pinellas County. From 7 p.m. Saturday to 5 a.m. Sunday, officers will heavily patrol major roads to deter impaired driving, honoring a Clearwater crash victim while focusing on preventing injuries, deaths, and property damage.
   

• Tampa Bay Ferry gets $850,000 federal investment for dock in St. Pete (fox13news.com) — Work on the new Tampa Bay Ferry directly touches Tarpon Springs, where two passenger boats are being refurbished before they begin shuttling riders between Tampa and St. Pete. Federal funding will help build a permanent dock in St. Pete, with a temporary dock expected soon and year-round service planned once the vessels are ready.
