At Emelina restaurant in West Palm Beach, chefs dream of a Cuba that does not exist (sun-sentinel.com) — A tiny chef's counter called Emelina in Flamingo Park has become West Palm Beach's first Michelin-starred restaurant, and the world's first Cuban spot to earn the honor. Chefs Osmel González and Camila Salazar serve a 10-course modern Cuban tasting menu built on family memories, Florida ingredients, and an imaginative vision of the Cuba they wish could exist today.
