A Taste of New Haven in Stuart: Elm City Cafe Grand Opening

Stuart, FL (January 6, 2024) – Restaurateur Jimmy Fantin, known for his passion for authentic New Haven-style culinary experiences, is proud to announce the Grand Opening of Elm City Cafe on Saturday, January 18, 2025, from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. Located in North Stuart Plaza at 1560 NW Federal Hwy, Stuart, FL 34994 (the same plaza as Fantini's Italian Restaurant), this brand-new eatery features the flavors of an old-school New Haven cafe, creating a dining experience that feels like home.

The Grand Opening celebration will feature Treasure Coast's Automobile Enthusiasts Classic Car Show from 8 am to 11 am and free Willoughby's Coffee for all guests, making it a morning to remember for foodies and car enthusiasts alike.

Elm City Cafe pays homage to Jimmy Fantin's New Haven roots, offering a menu packed with comfort food favorites in a cozy inviting space. Guests will enjoy iconic staples like the famed BECSPK—bacon, egg, cheese, salt, pepper, and ketchup —alongside other New Haven classics, including Willoughby's Coffee, Hummel Hot Dogs, Foxon Park sodas, and more.
