• City of Westlake Final Budget (westlakewanderer.com) — Westlake's 2027 city budget keeps the property tax millage rate at 4.59, a slight symbolic decrease but the fifth straight annual reduction for residents. City leaders say the community's growing tax base and strong reserves position Westlake to handle potential impacts from statewide Amendment 3 while still investing in local services and welcoming new commercial development.
