Otero Middle School, honoring a longtime Hillsborough educator after a closely watched school board vote. Located next to the new Aquilla Morgan High School, the campus is expected to serve generations of Wimauma students and families, with board members emphasizing Otero's reputation for high standards and personal care for students and staff.
