• Blue Bamboo Pulls AI School Sublease from City Commission Agenda (winterparkvoice.com) — Blue Bamboo Center for the Arts has pulled its proposal to sublease part of the old Winter Park library building to an AI-driven private school, after residents raised questions about the plan. The pause comes as Blue Bamboo faces a steep rent increase in August and still needs a viable second-floor tenant. City commissioners may now consider a work session to rethink the building’s future use. 
• Morehead-Cain announces its 68 newest scholars (unc.edu) — Winter Park resident Lucy Chong has been named a Morehead-Cain Scholar, earning a fully funded undergraduate experience at UNC–Chapel Hill along with global travel and leadership opportunities. She joins 67 other high-achieving students from across the world in the Class of 2030, selected through a rigorous, months-long nomination and interview process.
