17 Double Voting Cases Sent To GA DAs For Possible Indictments: SOS
Brad Raffensperger said the Georgia residents are accused of voting locally and in another state in the 2022 general election.

GEORGIA — A handful of residents in multiple Georgia counties are accused of double voting in the 2022 general election, Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger said Tuesday.
Raffensperger announced 17 cases of suspected double voting have been sent to local district attorneys for possible indictments. The residents are accused of voting once in Georgia and in another state.
“One illegal vote cast is too many,” Raffensperger said in a news release. “Georgians deserve to have their voice heard fully, not have it diluted by bad actors.”
