GA Teacher Threatens To Behead Student Over Israeli Flag: Reports
The 51-year-old teacher was reportedly arrested and charged on suspicion of making terroristic threats and third-degree cruelty to children.
WARNER ROBINS, GA — A seventh-grade teacher at Warner Robins Middle School is facing charges after he was accused of threatening to behead a student who expressed feeling offended by his Israeli flag, according to media reports.
Benjamin Reese, 51, was arrested Dec. 8 on charges of suspicion of making terroristic threats and third-degree cruelty to children, CNN and HuffPost reported.
He reportedly told the 13-year-old Muslim student that he was Jewish and had family members in Israel. The student told Reese the flag was offensive to her "due to Israelis killing Palestinians."

Reese then accused the student of being antisemitic before verbally threatening her, telling her he should "kick her a--" and cut off her head, both outlets reported.
The Houston County School District told CNN in a statement: “While we are not able to discuss specific personnel matters, we can share that Mr. Reese has not been on the campus of Warner Robins Middle School since December 7, 2023,” the statement said. “Safety and the well-being of our students and staff is our number one priority.”
