William David Hannah, 27, of Acworth, was killed in the crash, according to the Georgia State Patrol spokesperson Gordy Wright. Wright said Hannah was a passenger in the pickup truck that had slowed to make a left turn from Kings Camp onto Allatoona Woods.
As it turned, the truck was hit from behind by the Ford Focus, which caused it to travel left and strike a utility pole. Hannah was partially ejected and died at the scene.
