It's All About Your People

Customer service can be hit or miss these days—what are some of the best places around in taking care of customers?

If you're a consumer of just about anything, you probably have an opinion on customer service. A great experience can have you raving and a lousy one can have you reeling. Even around the Acworth/Kennesaw area I have had my share of both. No need to throw the negative businesses under the bus, but I'd like to share with you some of the great customer service experiences I have had lately:

1. Computer Ladybugs. I haven't actually gone in the shop, but have had multiple conversations with three different employees on the phone. Each and every time the employee seemed like helping me was the most important part of their day.

2. A Room of Their Own. Once again, the staff makes a huge difference here. I have bought a mattress set, several car seats and even bibs for monogramming here over the past several years and each time I leave feeling great about my purchase and my experience at the store. Leslie and Scott Hellman are the owners; stop by and say hello!

3. Chick-fil-A in Acworth. Most people can probably agree that Chick-fil-A surpasses most fast food chains in the friendliness of their workers. When I hear "My pleasure", I think Chick-fil-A. Wouldn't it be cool if a polite saying was associated with you or your business?

4. A&W Family Chiropractic. I was a big chiropractic skeptic but Dr. Mitchell Arnold has changed that for me. His practice was referred to me and I was not disappointed. A nice welcome letter arrived in my mailbox just a day after my visit.
