Would your teen know what to do if a younger child started choking? If a teammate suddenly collapsed? If they had to respond to an injury before an adult could get there?
We spend so much time protecting our children, but we can't always be there.
That's why we need to prepare them.
Determined 2B Present, Inc. is hosting a Youth Emergency Preparedness Class exclusively for teens ages 13–17. This hands-on class is designed to help young people build the knowledge and confidence to respond when an emergency happens at home, while babysitting, at school, during sports, or out with friends.
Teens will learn practical emergency preparedness skills including CPR, choking response, basic first aid, calling 911, and what to do when someone suddenly needs help.
