The club usually makes donations to multiple organizations in the community every year, this year they chose to give one large donation to public safety. This year, they chose to donate to the Acworth Police Department, which they call “The best police department in the state.”

With the donated funds, the Acworth Police Department has decided to invest in uniforms for the members of the Honor Guard. This will be the most honoring way to use the funds as the Honor Guard participates in funerals, Veterans Day ceremonies and many other special events; they will forever be a reminded of the Carrie Dyer Ladies.
