City of Acworth Hiring Assistant IT Manager

The City of Acworth is looking to hire an assistant IT manager.

According to the city’s job description, the assistant manager is responsible for maintaining the city’s website, creating content that will be featured on the website, daily maintenance of computers and data backup routines, and assisting city staff with materials for presentations.

Candidates for the position must have a bachelor’s degree in Management of Information Systems or a related field, experience with PHP and HTML development, experience with Windows Server and Windows desktop computers, and experience with TCP/IP networks.

Compensation for the position ranges from $40,200 to $57,000.
