As part of City of Kennesaw, Parks & Recreation Department, Fitness on my mind LLC is offering a very special class at the following event:

City of Kennesaw Worldwide day of play

This event will take place on Saturday, September 27, 2014, from 9:00am-Noon at Swift-Cantrell Park in Kennesaw. Here’s a description:

Get off the couch and come over to Swift-Cantrell Park for a FREE celebration of all things ACTIVE — an entire morning devoted to play! Activities will include playground games, relay challenges, and “old-school” yard favorites such as hopscotch and four square. It’s time to turn off the television and GET MOVING! (Parents are welcome to join in the fun.)

You’re all welcome to bring your family and friends for this special celebration! The playlist will represent the theme of this event, and will also reflect the various music rhythms that make a Zumba class so fun!
