Cobb County FURever Fest Approaching

Cobb County Animal Control is looking for volunteers for the Oct. 4 and new homes for their adoptable animals.

Cobb County Animal Control’s annual FURever Fest will be held at Al Bishop Park in Marietta on Oct. 4 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

According to East Cobber magazine, the event will feature demonstrations from Cobb County K9 officers, raffles, vendors, food, games and prizes, and reduced adoption fees.

Event attendees are asked to donate unopened and unexpired cat and/or dog food to help restock the local pet food bank.
