• George Busbee Parkway: Closed 10/11 from 11a.m. – 12 a.m. Midnight. Detour signage in place
• East Callaway Road: Closed Tuesday, 10/14 from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
• Riverside Pkwy/I-20/Six Flags Drive: Higher than normal traffic volumes expected 10/10 – 10/11
• I-75 between Cumberland Boulevard and Windy Hill Road: 1 NB/2SB Left Lanes Closed 7 a.m. – 7 p.m., 10/11
• I-285 between I-75 and Cobb Pkwy: 2 Right Lane and Shoulder Closed 9 a.m., 10/11 – 9 a.m., 10/12
• I-285 between South Cobb Drive and Bolton Road (Fulton): 2 SB Right Lanes Closed 9 p.m., 10/10 – 9 p.m., 10/13
• I-75 NB between Wade Green Road and Hickory Grove Road – 1 Lane Closed 9 p.m. 10/12 – 5 a.m. 10/13
• Atlanta Road at I-285 overpass bridge: Lane Shifts 10/11 and lane closures 10/13 – 10/17
• Nance Road at Cobblestone Golf Course: Lane Shift 10/11 and lane closures 10/13 – 10/17

ROAD CLOSURE:

• George Busbee Parkway: Closed between Big Shanty Road and Busbee Drive Saturday, October 11 from 11 a.m. – Midnight for KSU Homecoming activities
• East Callaway Road: Closed between Austell Road and Hicks Road Tuesday, 10/14 from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. for utility work

EVENT INFORMATION:

• Chastain Rd/George Busbee Pkwy/Big Shanty Rd/Frey Rd: Homecoming activities at and near Kennesaw State University are expected to generate increase in traffic volumes.
• Riverside Pkwy/I-20/Six Flags Drive: South Cobb BBQ and Blues Festival expected to generate increase in traffic volumes Friday, 10/10 and Saturday 10/11 from 10 a.m. – 8 p.m.

LANE CLOSURE INFORMATION:

• I-75 between Cumberland Boulevard and Windy Hill Road: 1 NB/2SB Lanes Closed 7 a.m. – 7 p.m., Saturday, 10/11 for barrier wall construction
• I-285 - Two right lanes closed at I-75 NB and Cobb Parkway ramp 9 a.m. – 11 p.m. Saturday, 10/11. Three lanes will be closed from 11 p.m., Saturday, 10/11 – 2 a.m. Sunday, 10/12 for signage installation
• I-285 - Two northbound/southbound left lanes and left shoulder closed between South Cobb Drive and Bolton Road (Fulton) 9 p.m., Friday, to 9 p.m., Monday for concrete slab repair
• Atlanta Road at I-285: Lane shifts and closures Saturday, 10/11 and Monday, 11/13 – Friday 10/17 for construction
• Nance Road between Cobblestone Golf Course and Old Highway 41 Saturday, 10/11 and Monday, 10/13 – Friday, 10/17 for bridge construction
• Dallas Highway – Expect periodic lane closures on Dallas Highway between Casteel Road/Old Hamilton Road and Villa Rica Way - Monday, 10/13 – Friday, 10/17
• Powder Springs Road – Expect periodic lane closures on Powder Springs Road at Callaway Road/Cheatham Hill Road - Monday, 10/13 – Friday, 10/17
• Akers Mill Road – Expect periodic lane closures on Akers Mill Road between Cumberland Boulevard and Powers Ferry Road - Monday, 10/13 – Friday, 10/17
• Six Flags Parkway – Expect periodic lane closures on Six Flags Parkway at Lee Industrial Boulevard - Monday, 10/13 – Friday, 10/17
• Queen Mill Road – Expect periodic lane closures on Queen Mill Road between Hunnicut Drive and Ivey Road –Monday, 10/13 – Friday, 10/17
• Gordon Combs Road – Expect lane closures on Gordon Combs Road between Burnt Hickory Road and Kennesaw Due West Road – Saturday, 10/11 and Monday, 10/13 - Friday, 10/17 from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. for resurfacing operations.
