Event begins at 9:30am at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on Hadaway Road in Kennesaw.Classes and demonstrations and blood drive will be held throughout the day.

CLASSES
Disaster Planning: C.E.R.T. Community Emergency Response Team will be recruiting for it's volunteer base to help when disaster strikes your community...as well as helping you develop your own disaster plan.
Organic Gardening: There will be a raised bed garden for you to learn organic gardening skills.
Communications: HAM radio operators will be teaching about all kinds of emergency communications and how your cell phone can help in a crisis.
Emergency Medical Care: What do you do when there is no medical care available? Learn from experienced medical professionals how to pack a filling and other tips and tricks you'll want to know.
Government Emergency Resources:
Cobb and Paulding Health Departments will help you know what government resources and plans are in place in case of an epidemic, etc...
Food Storage: How much water and food should I have in store? What about 72 hour kits? These questions and more will be answered Saturday April 12th, 2013, 9:30am-3:00pm.
